The reason I am sharing this is perhaps you too may feel and dream the same way I do about Laos. Deon From: bglan A Song for Deuane Deuane sits in Green Bay, on America's shore. Watching snow and feeling cold dreaming of his home. He wonders about those people, those he left behind, in the land of smiles. Where they have music in their voices. Deuane he loves America, it has given him so much. But he's a child of Laos, he still smells the Lao dust. The dust of Lao cities of towns, villages. He hears the mighty river remembers her embrace. The sacred, Mother of Waters, she runs through all our veins. He dreams of being in Laos we know how Deuane feels. For we are children of the river children of that land. She calls us in the voices on the winds, She calls us in our dreams. Deuane will go to Laos touch the sacred soil of his fathers homeland where his soul does dwell. There he'll find his passion find his spirit too. He'll talk and laugh with kinfolk. and nurse some babies too. But he must remember Green Bay, she was kind to him. She took the lonley child, She loved and took him in. She taught him and she loved him. Gave him all he has. But Deuane he is Lao our land it calls to him. _ ***************************************************************** Visit SatJaDham Homepage at: http://www.satjadham.org (or .net) *****************************************************************
