Sabaydii my fellow Satjadham, To help with our decision whether to go ahead or not, here is a little poem to ponder on. Miles to go... Looking around, you saw nobody behind you. You begin to doubt yourself, "Am I doing the right thing?" They said, "you are a dumber nosying yourself into other business." You ask yourself: "Am I?" ... Some recollections begin to pop up into your mind. ... Yes, you care about the place where you were born. Yes, you take steps to help your people. Yes, you expound the gem of Lao-ness. Still, you can't help wondering. Maybe, they are right. They are the elders. They are the educated. They are the street smart kids. Granted if they are right. What do you have to lose? Big buckets of money? Loads of gadgets to indulge yourself? Or your precious time of nothingness? What if they are wrong? Won't you spare the hope of some lives? Won't you wipe the tears of some lost? And won't you stop the spiral down of some fools? You realize the road you travel no one has gone before. Bitterness is the price you have to pay. Satisfaction is the reward you hope to get. "What the heck?" You said to yourself, "If I am a dumber, let it be." With those words out, you walk on with the eyes fixed on the horizon, the head filled with ideas, and the soul stuffed with love. Miles to go...
